It depends. I already deemed V-Copy worthy with a ruthless test of courage and strength, (go along with it V-Copy) and I already deemed Cupcakes unworthy because I know him irl and he is the most untrustworthy person for this kind of thing.

Basically if you can get the message across that you won't abuse your powers you can be a mod. I think for now I'll be the only Admin though.
